Please read the information below before 
starting registration.

If you are using an entry that already exists, do not forget to reenter the sex of the child.

For those with a credit from the fall-winter 
season, please contact ASSL (do@assl.ca).

We look forward to seeing you on the pitch, until then, 
be careful and follow the instructions.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation by the participant before 
the start of the activities: 
Fee of $ 25 - (ACS $ 9 / SQ $ 6.54 / 
ARSRS amount to come $ / Insurance $ 1.75)

The remainder of the amount will be 
refunded in relation to the pro rata of 
the remaining weeks.

IMPORTANT DATES :

All members will receive an invitation to the 
My Sport Club application which will serve as 
communication and calendar for all activities. 
All important dates will be communicated in your 
respective My Sport Club.
